These public policies summarize account use, billing, privacy and product boundaries. Product-specific proposals, signed agreements and Stripe checkout terms control when they apply.
Privacy & data
TBS uses the contact, account and business information needed to provide requested services, operate secure workspaces, support customers and keep required business records. Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by TBS. Revenue Recovery audit requests must not include consumer lead data.
Billing, subscriptions & credits
Barkley Video Maker subscriptions renew monthly until canceled through the available billing controls. Video credits are usage units, not cash, and the current BVM checkout shows the applicable plan and terms. Website, Brain and Revenue Recovery charges follow the written scope or agreement for that service.
Service scope & results
Website Services, Barkley Brain and Revenue Recovery use agreed scopes and approval steps. TBS does not guarantee search rankings, AI placement, customer replies, appointments, sales or recovered revenue. Revenue Recovery performance fees apply only under the signed attribution and billing terms for that pilot.
